Your team has SOPs, wikis, and onboarding docs. But they're outdated, scattered, and no one can prove who's actually up to speed.
40-page PDFs and buried Notion pages. The info is there — but adoption is near zero.
The refund policy changed 3 weeks ago. Half the team doesn't know. There's no way to tell who does.
New hire says "I read it." Manager can't verify. Compliance asks for proof. There is none.
Three steps. No design skills. No video editing. No course authoring tool to learn.
Upload a PDF or DOCX document. Or connect Notion to pull directly from your live docs. DeltaLearn handles the rest.
Chapters, checklist, quiz, and a narrated micro-video — all grounded in your actual content. No hallucinations. Edit anything before publishing.
Publish with editorial control (Draft → Review → Published). Track who completed each version. Prove adoption to your team leads.
Every course version is tracked with changelog, diff, and author. When the source document changes, courses are flagged as outdated — and v2 is one click away.
Upload PDF/DOCX or connect Notion as a live source. More connectors (Drive, Confluence) coming soon.
AI-narrated micro-videos (3–7 min) with slides, chapters, and subtitles. No recording or editing needed.
Actionable checklist and scored quiz generated from your content. Editable before publishing.
See completion rate, average score, and exactly who hasn't completed each version. Per-version tracking.
Editorial workflow so nothing goes live without approval. Publish when ready, with full version history preserved.
Any tool can generate a course from a doc. The hard part is what happens next: when the doc changes, when you need to prove who's up to speed, when version 3 comes and you need to know who still hasn't completed version 2.
That's ops, not content generation. And that's where DeltaLearn lives.

No. DeltaLearn uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) anchored exclusively to your source content. The AI extracts, structures, and synthesizes — it doesn't invent. Every course element traces back to chunks of your actual document.
Absolutely. Every generated course starts as a Draft. You can edit the checklist, quiz questions, and course title. An editor or admin must explicitly move it to Review and then Publish. Nothing goes live without approval.
For Notion (live source): click "Check changes" — if the page changed, the course is flagged as Outdated and you can regenerate a new version with one click. For uploads: re-upload the updated document and DeltaLearn creates v2 with a diff showing exactly what changed.
DeltaLearn works with any language your documents are written in. The AI understands and generates content in all major languages. Video narration is currently available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese — with more coming soon.
Your documents are processed in isolated environments and never used to train AI models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is fully isolated. We're working toward SOC 2 compliance for our first enterprise customers.
Not yet — Notion is our first live connector. Google Drive and Confluence are on the roadmap for Q2. In the meantime, you can upload exported PDFs/DOCX from any source.
DeltaLearn is not a full LMS — it's a focused tool for turning docs into versioned microcourses with change control. SCORM export is planned for v1+. You can use DeltaLearn alongside your existing LMS.
Typically under 15 minutes from upload to a fully playable microcourse with video, checklist, and quiz. Most of that time is video rendering — you can review the text content within 2–3 minutes.
Turn your existing documentation into microcourses your team will actually complete — and keep them in sync as things change.
